We are looking to hire a Full-Time Credit Operations Assistant to join our collaborative team at our beautiful, yet casual office environment in Wausau, WI (No remote option). Schedule: Multiple Shifts Available, does include one required 8-hour Saturday shift/month.
Competitive pay based on experience! Any hours worked after 5:00 pm on the weekday and any Saturday hours worked will be an extra $3.00/hour.

A Day in the Life of a Credit Operations Assistant

Credit Operations Assistant will verify customer contracts and manage inbound calls to transfer to the appropriate team, answer questions, and log data on accounts. Additionally, they will:

• Greets customers by phone in a timely, friendly, and professional manner.
• Work cross-functionally with multiple departments
• Ensure timely verification of contracts in support of company objectives.
• Promotes products and services to assist in the continued growth and development of the company.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers.
• Perform administrative duties for the credit department.

What do I need to be a successful Credit Operations Assistant?

• 1 -year of customer service experience is highly desirable.
• Excellent organizational, attention to detail, and time management skills.
• Exceptional verbal / written communication and listening skills.
• Strong keyboarding and computer skills – Windows applications
• Administrative office skills
