Aqua Finance, Inc. (AFI) was founded by Robert (Bob) Chadwell. Bob has a background both in banking and water treatment, having been a water treatment dealer himself. He used his experience in both fields to create programs that he knew would help dealers close more sales. Bob grew the company from a handful of in-house accounts from his own dealership to becoming one of the leading providers of financing to dealers nationwide. Bob is actively involved in the business today, serving as President and CEO.


Dealer Service Support - Marine

Department: Sales & Marketing
Location: Wausau, WI

Dealer Support Specialists are responsible for coordinating administrative activities of the Sales and Marketing Department while working to facilitate marketing programs & usage, triage telephone calls, assist with new dealer set-ups, support to existing dealers, and other activities as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS-EXPERIENCE

  • 1+ year of customer service experience is desired.
  • 1+ year of experience in sales/marketing, preferably in Consumer Finance Industry is desired
  • Track record in succeeding in a goal-driven sales/service environment
  • Must be able to clearly communicate AFIís programs to dealers (verbally and in writing).
  • Must have the ability to use persuasive sales techniques to overcome dealer objections.
  • Top-notch written and verbal communication skills in English, as well as excellent listening skills (Spanish is desired)
  • Ability to work effectively with a spectrum of personalities as well as excellent listening skills
  • Desire to promote products and services to assist in the continued growth and development of AFI
  • Drive to maintain a strong relationship with dealers to encourage dealer assistance in servicing our customers
  • Superb attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Self-starter with ability to identify needs and areas of impact, as well as potential solutions
  • Team player who works well under pressure, and is flexible in the face of changing priorities and needs
  • Strong prioritization skills and a track record of consistently going above and beyond with outside-the-box thinking
  • Intermediate Computer skills with working knowledge of Windows applications
  • Incredibly bright individual who works well under pressure and has a passion to learn and contribute
  • Enjoy chaos and have the ability to be really flexible in response to changing priorities and needs
  • Must have the ability to travel when needed (up to 15% travel)
  • Similar combination of education and experience will be considered
 

Employment Term:  Regular
Employment Type:  Full Time
Hours per Week:  40+
Work Hours (i.e. shift):   Schedule will be between 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday through Friday.  Schedule will be consistent.

Starting Salary Range:  $12.41+ based on experience
