Aqua Finance, Inc. (AFI) was founded by Robert (Bob) Chadwell. Bob has a background both in banking and water treatment, having been a water treatment dealer himself. He used his experience in both fields to create programs that he knew would help dealers close more sales. Bob grew the company from a handful of in-house accounts from his own dealership to becoming one of the leading providers of financing to dealers nationwide. Bob is actively involved in the business today, serving as President and CEO.


IT Program Manager

Department: IT
Location: Wausau, WI
As a IT Program Manager, you will work closely with your team to drive, provide vision and own the road map for this vital area.

 

Requirements & Responsibilities:

  • Must have at least 12 years enterprise IT experience with roles in business process management/improvement, data architecture, project management, or system conversion activities
  • Minimum of bachelors degree in management, business administration, or related field; master's degree or post-bachelor's certificate and professional credentials, preferred
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) or (CAPM) Certified Associate in Project Management preferred
  • Finance, Banking, or Healthcare industry experience preferred
  • Manage development for required, discretionary, and enhancement changes to existing Loan Origination and Servicing platform
  • Maintain system readiness and performance benchmarks for continued company growth and to further business scalability
  • Facilitate business requirements documentation and business process re-engineering models to support improved efficiency and scalability
  • Initiate Request For Proposal and vendor/development evaluation processes to identify technical alternatives, and together with department and technical architecture, select and recommend future path
  • Lead conversion and go-live activities for core re-platforming of Loan Origination and Servicing system, including underwriting models, operational, dealer/contractor, and consumer interfaces
  • Define, establish, and hire teams/team members to accomplish program goals
  • Estimate, budget, forecast, and report schedule and financial metrics
  • Influence department stakeholders to gain acceptance and buy-in
  • Establish and formalize Project Management Office standards including resources, methodologies, artifact, process, communication, tools and techniques, and metrics & monitoring
  • Lead and mentor to establish enterprise-class development and support capabilities
  • In conjunction with system re-platforming, in collaboration with Finance dept and IT management, spearhead business intelligence and data warehousing to support business analysis, forecasting and executive-level strategic planning
  • Must have the ability to analyze problems, troubleshoot, and make decisions in the best interest of the company to minimize downtime.

  • Intermediate Computer skills with working knowledge of Windows applications

Salary: Based on experience - Competitive
Work Hours (i.e. shift): Monday - Friday 8-5 PM - Flexible hours
